What personal data Srihan collects, why, how long it's kept, and how you can exercise your rights over it.
This notice explains how Srihan ("we", "us"), operated by its founder Sanyam Raj, collects and uses personal data of visitors and business contacts ("you") through this website.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site at the time of writing. If that changes, non-essential trackers will be placed behind the consent banner described in §5, and this notice will be updated.
We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what you consented to when submitting the form.
This site is hosted on Netlify. When you submit the contact form, the submission (including your consent record) is stored in Netlify's form-submissions system and may be forwarded to our email by Netlify's notification feature. If you log into the admin dashboard as a site owner, authentication is handled by Netlify Identity. Netlify is based outside India, so your data may be processed on servers located outside India as part of these hosting and form-handling services.
At the time of writing, this site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical functionality runs by default (for example, loading the page itself). If we add optional tools like analytics in the future, they will not run until you actively consent via a banner, and you will be able to change your choice at any time.
We keep your personal data for as long as we are actively working with you — for example, for the duration of an ongoing conversation, project, or client engagement. If an inquiry does not lead to an ongoing working relationship, we keep the corresponding record only for a reasonable follow-up period and then delete it. In all cases, we may retain data for longer where required to comply with law, resolve a dispute, or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

Data submitted through this site travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Storage and infrastructure security for form submissions and authentication is managed by Netlify; we do not have a separate application-level encryption layer of our own. See the internal security notes in this project's compliance documentation for known gaps being addressed.
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
